14-Day Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please Contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions and the address. Do not send any items back before receiving approval—these returns will not be processed.
International Fulfillment:
Some items are shipped by our international fulfillment partners and may require returns to an overseas returns center. We’ll provide detailed instructions if this applies. Return shipping costs for international returns are the buyer’s responsibility and may be significant.
Proof of issue required:
If your product is defective, incorrect, or missing parts, please include clear photos or a video of the item and packaging, plus a screenshot of your complaint (including name, date, and message) when contacting us.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue. If we determine a return or refund is warranted, we will provide specific instructions.
Note:

We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (“change of mind”), incorrect orders, or refused/undeliverable packages due to address or customs issues.

Returns cannot be offered for items not claimed from your local post office or for delivery obstacles outside our control.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants)

Custom or personalized products (special orders, print-on-demand)

Personal care items (beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed in our warehouse.
Custom or personalized items may not be canceled once payment is made.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), once approved, and make a new purchase separately.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund is approved. If so, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
